Excellent service

Food was awful, won't order from there again. £33 for two meals and a side and the majority of it ended up in the food bin. The chicken was chewy, if it actually was chicken. It's really disappointing when you're looking forward to a takeaway and spend a lot of money paying for it and it's inedible!! This chinese restaurant has really gone down hill. Can make far nicer chinese food at home!!

From ordering to delivery, everything was spot on. I've used Dragon Palace for many years now and they have never disappointed me

The food when received was delicious. The issue was that they delivered my order to the wrong address, it was made again fresh after I complained about non receipt but still an hour later than planned.

Use to be my favourite place but with the service I received tonight is horrible, they forgot some food ,gave me the wrong food, and I’m still waiting for replacement which means the rest of my dinner is now freezing cold and inedible , it’s been 3 hours since I ordered and 2 hours since I called to ask for the missing food.

Always have a great meal never once have we not enjoyed it totally recommend dragon palace
